SC Cambuur recorded a 4-0 win after abandoned Go Ahead Eagles match

SC Cambuur’s latest official result was a 4-0 victory over Go Ahead Eagles on Saturday, October 31, in the VriendenLoterij Eredivisie. The match was stopped because of repeated fireworks incidents in the away section, but the competition authorities confirmed that the 4-0 score would stand as the final result.

The result followed SC Cambuur’s 2-0 KNVB Beker win away to VV Kloetinge on October 27. The club has now progressed to the second round of the Dutch cup, where RKC Waalwijk will be the opponent on December 15.

Johan Plat remains the club’s head coach. He took charge of the first team for the 2026–27 season after SC Cambuur returned to the VriendenLoterij Eredivisie.

The next confirmed fixture is at home against PSV on Sunday, November 8, with kick-off scheduled for 16:45 at the Kooi Stadion. Supporters looking to attend can buy Tickets for SC Cambuur on infotickets.com.
