Bayern Munich were held to a 2-2 draw by FC Augsburg on Saturday, October 10, in their latest Bundesliga match. Robin Fellhauer gave Augsburg an early lead before Ismael Saibari equalised in the 55th minute. Rodrigo Ribeiro restored the hosts’ advantage, but Nathaniel Brown levelled for Bayern Munich with ten minutes remaining.
The result came despite four Bayern Munich goals being ruled out for offside. Head coach Vincent Kompany’s team created numerous chances but had to settle for a point in the Bavarian derby.
The next confirmed fixture is away to Viking on Tuesday, October 13, in the league phase of the UEFA Champions League. The match will be played at Lyse Arena in Stavanger, with kick-off scheduled for 21:00 local time. It is Bayern Munich’s first European away match of the 2026/27 campaign after a 5-0 home win over Bodø/Glimt in September.
