In accordance with Article 103(l) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, "LGDCU"), contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities linked to a specific date or period of performance — such as tickets for events, concerts, or sporting fixtures — are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Any request for withdrawal, cancellation, or refund must be addressed directly to the external provider through which the purchase was completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Leisure Information Fabric SL is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of event information provided by third parties
• Prices, availability, or changes, cancellations, or postponements of events
• The purchase process, payments, refunds, or booking management handled by external platforms
• The authenticity or validity of tickets issued by external providers
• Any issues, damages, or losses arising from transactions completed on third-party websites
• The content, accuracy, policies, or security of external websites accessed through links on this site
• Temporary unavailability, interruptions, or errors in the website due to maintenance, technical failures, or causes beyond our reasonable control

For any other disputes not involving consumers, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain.
