Qatar Moto GP 2026 confirmed for November 6–8 at Lusail

The MotoGP Qatar Airways Grand Prix of Qatar is scheduled to take place from November 6 to 8, 2026, at Lusail International Circuit. The event was recently reaffirmed by the circuit, which is preparing to welcome the championship during a major November motorsport programme.

Friday, November 6, is scheduled for free practice, followed by qualifying and the sprint race on Saturday, November 7. The main race is set for Sunday, November 8. The date makes Qatar one of the final rounds of the 2026 MotoGP World Championship, ahead of the Portuguese and Valencia Grands Prix later in November.

The 2026 edition was moved from its original April slot to November. The revised schedule was confirmed by MotoGP and Lusail International Circuit, with the event remaining at the same venue. As usual, the Qatar round is planned as a night-racing weekend at the floodlit circuit.

Fans attending the three-day event can expect access to racing activities, the fan zone, merchandise areas, parking facilities and viewing areas including the Main Grandstand and Lusail Hill. Adult three-day tickets are listed at QAR 200 by the circuit, while children under 12 can attend free with the required reservation and an accompanying adult ticket.
