Besiktas Draw 2-2 at Kasımpaşa Before Celtic Europa League Trip

Besiktas were held to a 2-2 draw by Kasımpaşa on Sunday, November 1, in the Trendyol Süper Lig. The Istanbul side led 2-0 after goals from Leandro Trossard and Dusan Vlahovic, but Kasımpaşa came back to take a point at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium.

The result is Besiktas’ most recent completed official match and followed a 2-0 home victory over İstanbul Başakşehir on October 26. Vincenzo Italiano is the club’s current head coach, according to the official Besiktas team staff listing.

The next confirmed fixture is away to Celtic on Thursday, November 5, in the league phase of the UEFA Europa League. That match is followed by a home Trendyol Süper Lig fixture against Gençlerbirliği on Sunday, November 8.
