Arrival time: Doors open 90 minutes before kick-off. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes early to avoid queues at the turnstiles, especially for high-demand matches.

Pedestrian access gates: Entrances are spread across Av. de Concha Espina, Paseo de la Castellana, and C/ Padre Damián. Your specific gate is printed on your ticket — follow the signage inside the stadium perimeter.

Documentation required: Bring your ticket (printed or mobile) and a valid photo ID. Real Madrid CF reserves the right to verify that the ticket matches the holder's identity.
