TEP Bus 9 from Parma central station and city centre (Piazza Ghiaia, Pilotta) — stop «Tardini» on Viale Partigiani d'Italia, directly outside the stadium.
Bus 8 and 11 also serve the area (Via Torelli, 2 min walk). Buy tickets on board with contactless or cash.
