The music of Pink Floyd is going back on the road in 2027, under a name fans will recognise and a line-up they may not. Tickets are now on sale for Roger Waters Presents LEGACY - A Pink Floyd Show, a 58-date tour of North America.
The first thing to know is who is on stage. Roger Waters is the creative director of the production, but he will not be performing. The band is led by his son Harry Waters, on Hammond organ, piano and vocals, with Clifton David Broadbridge as lead singer. The line-up also includes drummer Graham Broad, guitarists Edo Scordo and Antonello Pudva, and backing vocalists Eva Avila and Genevieve Little.
The tour is split into two parts. The first runs from February 15 to May 2, 2027, and the second from August 31 to September 25. Together they cover 58 shows across North America, from Columbus, Georgia, at the start to St. Louis at the end.
Tickets went on general sale on Friday, October 2 at 10am local time. No presale was announced, so every date opened to the public at the same moment. Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster, and prices were not published in the announcement.
Before you buy, three things are worth checking. Read the billing carefully: this is a show presented by Roger Waters, not a Roger Waters concert, and that should set your expectations on both the performance and the price. With 58 dates, most fans will have more than one city within reach, so compare venues before settling on the nearest one, as a smaller theatre can be a very different night from a large arena. And because all dates went on sale together, the best seats in the big markets went first: if your city looks thin, the next closest show may still have good availability.
Legacy tours built around a catalogue, with the original writer directing from off stage, are becoming a format of their own. This is one of the largest attempts yet to see how far that idea can travel.
