2027 Monaco Grand Prix Tickets On Sale as Monte Carlo Prepares for Its First F1 Sprint

Wide view of a Formula 1 circuit with full grandstands on race day

Tickets for the 2027 Monaco Grand Prix are on sale, and next year's race will look different from any before it. The Automobile Club de Monaco opened ticket sales on October 1 for an edition that brings the Sprint format to the streets of the Principality for the first time.

The 84th Monaco Grand Prix is scheduled for June 3 to 6, 2027, a date that still needs final approval from the FIA World Motor Sport Council. The Sprint changes the shape of the weekend. Instead of one qualifying session and one race, Monaco will stage two of each: a Sprint race on Saturday, followed by qualifying for the Grand Prix, and then the main race on Sunday.

That matters for anyone buying a ticket. Saturday in Monaco has always been about qualifying, the session many fans consider the highlight of the weekend on a circuit where overtaking is so difficult. In 2027 a Saturday ticket covers a race as well.

The organisers are selling tickets in three ways: through the official website, through a new official mobile app, and in person at the club's ticket office at 44 rue Grimaldi in Monaco, open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Hospitality packages have not been released yet and are due to follow. The club's announcement did not list prices by grandstand. You can also browse current Formula 1 tickets on Infotickets.

Some advice before you choose. Look closely at Saturday, because with a Sprint and Grand Prix qualifying on the same day it may now be the best-value ticket of the weekend. Study the grandstand map before paying: in Monaco the difference between a seat facing the harbour and one at a slow corner is the difference between seeing cars at speed and seeing them at close range. And remember that the dates are still provisional until the calendar is ratified, so choose travel and hotel bookings you can change.

Monaco has spent years answering the criticism that its race is decided on Saturday. In 2027 it gives Saturday a race of its own.
