The 2027 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix is on sale. Tickets for the race weekend of April 30 to May 2 were released on September 24, and the organisers have changed more than the date on the poster.

The race is held at the Miami International Autodrome, the circuit built around Hard Rock Stadium. It has become one of the fastest-selling events on the calendar: according to the promoter, each of the first five editions sold out completely.

The headline change for 2027 is the Paddock Club. It has been extended as far as Turn 1 and now covers more than 305,000 square feet with room for over 9,000 guests, and for the first time its tickets are available to the general public instead of being reserved for teams and partners. Elsewhere, there are grandstand sections dedicated to eight Formula 1 teams, and the Turn 18 Grandstand has been enlarged.

The range of tickets is wide. Reserved grandstand seats include the Start/Finish Grandstand and the Marina Grandstand. The Grandstand Pass lets you sit in a different grandstand on each of the three days. Grandstand+ adds extras such as access to the opening night event, parking and discounts on merchandise. Above those sit hospitality, suites, the MSC Yacht Club and the Paddock Club. Every ticket includes access to the entertainment across the campus and to the 300 level of Hard Rock Stadium.

There was no presale: tickets went straight to the public through the official race website, and the promoter did not publish prices in its announcement. You can also browse current Formula 1 tickets on Infotickets.

If you are choosing now, think about how you want to spend the weekend. The Grandstand Pass suits first-time visitors who want to see the circuit from several angles before committing to one corner. Team grandstands are worth a look if you follow one team closely, since you will be sitting among its supporters. And if the Paddock Club has always been out of reach, 2027 is the first year you can simply buy your way in, so check that option early before the allocation goes.

Miami has sold itself as much on the show around the race as on the race itself. Opening its most exclusive area to anyone with a ticket is the clearest sign yet of where it sees its future.
